No! He was the only one playing with any aplomb! (nice word) and he's so fast and great at ducking and diving but couldn't get very far cos HELLO big men falling on him and stuff and no one helping him out. And then, his face is all cut and streaming with blood and he stays on and continues, still trying to open up scoring opportunities. Then two of his own teammates get in his way and stop him getting up and legging it with the ball! And THEN!!!!! Nearing the end when they had no chance of winning but still had slither of a chance of at least scoring a point, he gets the ball and sprints like a madman and there's a big open space for him to go to and and and! And he pulls his hamstring and collapses on the ground in agony! !! And they continue to play and practically jump on him! And then he limps off with cut above his eye and blood all over his face and the crowd give him a standing ovation and it was beautiful and tragic and I love him.

you almost made rugby sound rivetting/interesting ! i heard my old dad laughing nonstop during the game , i dont know if he acted with more decorum during the sad end of Robinsons career if he got blood on his shirt he should be able to cash in with a soap powder ad at least

Everyone had blood on their shirt, actually. Well all the Englishers anyway. A lot of the English players were bleeding, due to the thrashing. Look! JASON Awwwww. He looks like a midget. I was looking for a dashing photo of his face covered in tears of blood but was unsuccessful. He was the oldest and the best of the whole team. I'm making him sound dead but he's not! I hope. Jason leaps in to try and stop (notice no other England players bothering. Ha! the guy lying on the ground in the background.). How scary does the South African dude look! He's like "I will tower over you and destroy you, mortal!" I have a theory that the dude in this picture was actually a mole for South Africa. He was bloody useless. Everytime one of the Greens ran past him on the way to score he managed to just miss tackling them. Then once he kicked the ball and it landed right in their hands and he just didn't make any effort. Also one of the Greens patted him on the shoulder once! It's practically proven! AND he looks like the Bloc Party singer.

the first pic reminds me of when i was at primary school and was assigned to drag an unruly lad out of his class on a daily basis due to my biggitude that england player in the seccond pic looks like hes playing dead in the hope he'll be rescued from the carnage and stretchered off i like the shellshocked look on the face of the bloke in the middle of the last pic its like hes lost his mind and is staggerring off in the wrong direction from everyonne else the red arrowed lad does look more suited to being an indie frontman poor fellow i had a theory that this might be the strat of a remarkabble turnaround where they end up playing South Africa again later in the tournament and scrape through somehow but people who actually watched it disagree

You were a big bruiser? Aww my poor Jason. I just dread for when (if) England have to face New Zealand I watched New Zealand vs Portugal today I love the All Blacks. They're great. Rocokoko has the best name ever. Wales vs Australia was good too, plenty of fights.

Quite clever really.
I don't think Australia will win. I think it'll be New Zealand or South Africa.
What is it with men and liking words that rhyme with that vile word.
Portugal were screaming their anthem in raw power!

new zealand are still in deep shame about going out limply to Australia in 2003 so will either go all out to rid them of the hoodoo or fail in the face of such pressure i heard a rumour that the two permed ones arent really brothers just share hairstyles and last names

I don't remember anything about 2003 apart from the England v Australia game, which I remember being the best game on the planet ever. I'd hate to have that rememberance dashed.
"Jones passes to Jones, passes to Jones, who passes to Jones. Jones goes down! Ouch."
