I loved Xander/Anya one of the best couples on the show, I admit it took me a while to get into them, Because I was still kind of a Xander/Cordelia shipper, But then I just fell in love with them! they were great! Its a shame that She died and they didnt end up together, But Joss doesent like happy endings!

Maybe Buffy and The Immortal was our "happy ending" relationship. Although it wasn't really happy cuz we all wanted Buffy to be with Angel or Spike. JMF, that's another one of my favorite Xanya moments... from "I Was Made To Love You". It's an aww moment.  |

But we never got to see Buffy and The Immortal's happy beginning or happy middle! It's not right, I tells you. I heard that the happy ending couple was meant to be Willow/Kennedy because Joss said that someone had to leave BTVS in a stable relationship. Although people didn't like Willow/Kennedy much for some reason.
I like how most of the couples in Buffy had lots of angst and turmoil but for most of their run Xander and Anya kept things light, they were still completely in love but they had a sense of fun about things. They had their dark period in season 6 (but then who didn't???) but they sorted it all out to become friends and occasional shag partners again in Season 7.
WILLOW: "Guess she's off with Riley. You know how it is with a spanking new boyfriend"
ANYA: "Yes, we've enjoyed spanking"

What did andrew say about Faith and Robin? I thought willow/kennedy were ok, I hope their happy together, But I know a lot of people who dont like their relationship because they thought Tara and Willow belonged together, as long as willow is happy I'm happy Yeh Xander and Anya did have did have a dark period, But everyone did! I liked that they patched things up, they werent together in season 7, but you could still tell that they loved eachother deeply. |
