i shall soon get to see the first episode! it's up to 84.21% I'm glad they have Serenity part 1&2 combined on this. It's helpful.

Well the one I saw was about the scene in "Out of Gas" where they all have to laugh hysterically. Ron Glass is meant to start laughing really hard as soon as they say action. So Nathan Fillion gathers the rest of the cast in secret and tell them that when Ron laughs just to look as serious as possible and not laugh.
So the director says "Action" and Ron bursts out laughing but everyone else sitting around the table just looks at him stonily. He doesn't know what to do so he just laughs even harder.
Apparently everyone just laughed until they cried about that one.
EDIT: Ha! I put "Out of Glass"
