What if Angel had never went to Sunnydale? That would have changed a lot in the show. Buffy would've dated someone else, most of season 2 would have been like lost, lots of differences.
What are your ideas?

She'd have finally half heartedly gone with Xander , theyd both lose Willow as a pal , then Buffy would dump him and be a solo operator . Then Spike would turn up and kill her  |

When me and Joss originally set out the season 1 arc we were pretty sure such a show wouldnt be given a second season , so we wanted the show to have closure , that was our season 1 plan  We then planned to write a series called Spike the Slayer Slayer , but Buffy got a second year and me and Joss had a falliung out and parted ways . |

Also if Angel hadn't have come, and assuming Buffy survived, just who would she have lost her virginity too? Oooh.

You know, they had this as one of their scenarios in the Buffy magazine.
I can't remember everything they said but it was something along the lines of Buffy would have been killed by Glory because she wasn't as powerful (having not fought Angelus and got all tough and stuff), and that Cordy would have become an actress and starred in a sitcom about herself, Fred, Wesley, etc would never have met, Faith would have stayed bad, Jenny and Giles would have a serious romance, Spike would have stayed with Drusilla, etc.
Who knew Angel had so much clout?

I knew not having Angel would have changed a looooooooot. He was a big influence on the show. But, hey, if Buff got killed by Glory the others could just bring her back! After finding someway to defeat Glory, of course.
