I have Ginger Snaps. I had a whole werewolf movie phase. It involved me getting that, Dog Soldiers and then someone bought me An American Werewolf in London.
Anywho, the last film I watched was The Passion of the Christ which was occasionally brutal but no where near as bad as people hyped the torture up to be. Or maybe I'm just deadened to that.
Anyway, I was SO convinced the person that played Judas was Matthew Fox that when the credits said otherwise I was convinced they were lying to me.

Yeah, the only bit I winced at was the bit when the whip thing got stuck in his side. Yeesh. Other than that it wasn't too bad, which is odd since I've always hated films where they show him actually being fixed to the cross with big old nails.
Those soliders were bastardlicious, they reminded me of the American troops in Iraq pointing and laughing at prisoners in a sadistic manner.
Satan looks somewhat female, what is Mel Gibson trying to say? The bit where he/she/it was carrying a baby was weird.
I remember being really impressed with the actual werewolfs in Dog Soldiers, they look very cool.

Apparently loads of the cast and crew converted to Catholicism including Judas who'd been an atheist before

I read on imdb right before I went to see the film that his eyes were turned brown digitally and then I couldn't stop thinking "his eyes look fake! FAKE! FAKE!" which I so wouldn't have noticed without reading it.
