I've been reading some short stories by O'Henry (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/O%27Henry) they're great, he's a fantastic writer, although most if not all seem to be set in new york city  (well most of the ones I've read so far have!) mistah O is very witty and seems to be the master of surprise endings, his stories are...charming? they're lovely and leave you with a smile on your face, most of the stories are set in the early 20th century, since that was when he was alive, so no computers, so expect men with cigars talking all funni and stuffs and ladies called betty or magnum p.i, they're good, nice to read if you're on a train or a bus or in another vehicle or have a short attention span like me. I'll read a novel one of these days, when I can find the time (I'll try and read at least one in the christmas holidays! ) I remember the old days when I could read a book in a day  I was a such loser in the early 2000s. |

ive finished it it was very good it ended too soon though not enough showbiz anecdotes from when he was at the height of his fame! a volume 2 is surely being lined up |

poison Heart Surviiving The Ramones by Dee Dee Ramone theres alot about how glad he is to have beaten drugs while all his pals are dead from drugs , but now hes dead from drugs so its not as uplifting as it could have been  |

I just finished the 3rd book in the "Twilight" series and I can't wait for the 4th one to come out August 2nd. ^_^ My friend got me hooked on these books. She lent them to me 'cuz she thought I'd like them and she was too right. |

I just finished the 3rd book in the "Twilight" series and I can't wait for the 4th one to come out August 2nd. ^_^ My friend got me hooked on these books. She lent them to me 'cuz she thought I'd like them and she was too right. Jeeeeesus, that makes me feel old(er). I'm reading 'Turn Coat' by Jim Butcher, although I should be revising for an exam. But whatever. |
