Some Stuff People Have Said About Her
Al Gough -
"She was a huge hit [in Paris]. Yeah they loved her. .She has really, really really, stepped up at the end of the year. The work she has done in the episodes towards the end is really quite astounding, it's like when she knows Clark's secret, she has assumed an entirely different persona in those scenes and it's really wonderful...a great friendship."
Erica Durance -
"Allison and I have so much fun shooting that scene and you can see that on screen"
Erica Durance -
"I enjoy a lot working with Allison. We have a good camaradarie, and our scenes are always really, really fast, so there's that, "Get your lines out as fast as you can because she's right on top of you." So there's that kind of thing."
John Glover - "I hope they put Allison and me back together again, because we were just teasing on what we wanted to get at, but she's still in high school," he hints. "I'd like to work on the emotional stuff between Allison and me. That was left up in the air, so we could go there some time."
John Glover -
"She's just spectacular, she's a wonderful actress. She's just so instincual and there, just the joyous to work with. She's wonderful...wonderful."
John Glover -
"Look at Allison, see how she just is. She's so wonderful"
John Glover -
"She's a very mature actress; very smart."
Kristen Bell -
"Yes. I was actually in the running to play Chloe, which is the fun part. I think Allison Mack, who plays her, is wonderful, so I am flattered to be compared to her. Physically we are very similar and we're often up for the same roles. But she's my friend, so it's OK!"
Kristen Bell (Veronica Mars) when asked about Chloe similarities to Veronica in UPN chat.
Kristen Kruek -
"Tom and Allison had to serve coffee at the Talon. I'm a klutz," (laughs) "but they were terrible. Coffee spilt everywhere, and it made me fell a lot better!"
Kristin Kreuk -
"The story line in Gone" she says, "where Chloe comes back from the grave, gave Allison the chance to show what a great actress she is. She has been wonderful and I don't think she has had enough oppurtunities to show that talent off. So in 'Devoted' and 'Jinx' she was given the freedom to do what she does best-- to be wonderful"
Kristin Kreuk -
"Oh, that was fun. Allison and I had a really good time. We’re really good friends so it was a blast getting to physically beat each other up. We trained with our stunt co-ordinator and though it was a little rough at times – we both ended up a little bruised – yeah, it was great fun to do."
Cult Times Special #30 "Amid much merriment, Kreuk recalls the scene in Delete where Lana and Chloe get into a spectacularly dirty girl-fight. "
Kyle Howard -
"[Allison is] Definitely the most energetic person I've ever worked with. And always happy."
Michael Rosenbaum -
"I never get a chance to work with Allison all that much; in two years, we've probably had two minutes of screen time together. Allison's very talented, and it'd be nice to have more scenes with her. I don't know if she'll be working for me or my father, or whatever's going to happen down the road, but there's plenty of time, let's just say."
Miles Millar -
"She's been working since she was 8 or something...so [her maturity] is incredible."
Sam Jones III -
"I didn't realize how important smiles were until I started working on this show. When Allison comes to work, she gives some of the biggest smiles I've ever seen! You can be in any mood, but those smiles touch you in a way that she'd not even aware of. It's just a habit she has. I tried to do that with Pete on the action and the scenes are great, but I think the big moments are when Clark and Pete share a smile."
Milo Ventimiglia -
"She’s very talented, very professional, and just fun to be around. She's this bright ball of energy, amazing."
Al Gough -
"Allison Mack just completely went for it, and she's just flat-out funny. She's fearless and Tom was fearless."
Greg Beeman -
"Allison has a beautiful scene that was reworked a lot by the writers. It was a scene that she was quite anxious about, and wanted to do really well it's quite touching and opens up her character a lot. i asked Miles and Al to apply their special touch to that scene--it was a realy important moment, which ahd a lot of potential to be corner and really fail. It was a monolog, which is really hard for an actor to pull off. And they went back to the global theme--everybody wears a mask, the theme of secret identities. Allison is a really strong actress, and it's easy for her to do a good job when she's got good words."
(Regarding her letter to Clark in Fever)
JamesMFan -
"John Glover totally fancies her! Ack! Ack!"
