I have to say Francine? WAYHEY SHE SLAPPED THE DOCTOR (haha I loved his comment about Mothers) but so far Jackie > francine, Stop being so serious franny and flirt with him and disgust your daughter already!

I love all the refrences to saxon, bloody cor mate! The Doctors a bad guy ?(yeah whatever)

Freema looked fantastic, girl can pull off wearing a dress with a tattoo and the doctor too (She didn't wear the doctor... you know what I mean.) he looked fantastic, I'd have loved to see the Ninth Doctor too in a suit too, Eccles scrubs up well, and so does Tennant rowr.

They could be an ot3! The Shippyness in this episode My mind went into the gutter when they were together in that age reversing machine, My mum said "they'll turn into kids! they'll turn into kids!" that would have been awesome, a 10 year old Doctor and Martha fighting the... Gattiss monster (I'm sure the doctor would turn into a 10 year old William Hartnell lookalike though.)

Yeah I like Jack, but DW!JACK was awesome and fun and would flirt with telephones (I liked his "who kissed me?" comment in the trailer) I like seriousness, but dude get your flirt on sometimes will ya? Its like how I love Emo!Doctor, but having him 24/7 wants me to punch my television.

haha she is I loved the last scene , I liked that she called him up on it and didn't just say "oh wells one trip again hehehe, I'll just cry myself to sleep when he takes me home again and comes back the day after for another trip!" SHE TOLD HIM TO GO STUFF HIMSELF (well not in those words exactly, but she told him what she wanted and that this one trip thing sucked.) and him admiting he liked having her around but not in those words "you were never just a passanger anyway" waayheey.

Gatiss kissing the old lady was great ohh poor old lady from Corrie, oh he was so evil, I would have punched him if I was her.

and Lazerus/Tish? what a fantastically effed up OTP, he loved her so much that he was going to eat her!

THE TRAILER WAS FAN FRAKKING TASTIC.

YES THAT IS JOHN SIMM OF THAT BLOKE FROM LIFE ON MARS FAME, he > everyone else, I knew about him being on it before, but it still me made me squee seeing him in the trailer.

John Simm is probably one of my favourite actors of the moment (he's so talented) thanks to the LoM finale and his fantastically fantastic acting, and having him on DW? I feel like I'm in fangirl heaven.

oh Series 3 is going to be GREAT.

I did like when Martha was all "Bitch, I ain't gonna be no One Trip Wonder" to the Doc it was just nice that she didn't NEED to be his hanger-on as she had a pretty nice life already. (Although being with the Doctor in the TARDIS is much better )

I SO didn't understand why Tish seemed to be into Lazarus when he was young. He was fugly. And also when he was an old dude she was all "Eww, whatevaz" but then he turns into a haired Matt Lucas lookalike with chest rug and she'd like "Give it to me, baby! UH HUH UH HUH!". Whatevaz. She had some of the best lines though. "What perfume is that?" "SOAP." And "I know the age thing is a bit weird but it worked for Catherine Zeta Jones!" (that made me crack up, oh how I laughed!)

I have to admit I thought Martha and the Doc were going to turn into kids in that machine too.
And I liked his "Nice shoes" line. And all the UST between them. I found it sooooo rude when the Doc knocked over the mum's drink because of some emergency. I don't care if life is in danger, watch where you be running fool!

i was glad we got to see young Gattiss i was dissapointed seeing him in hhis old git make up

I think if he didn't do the whole "lolol see ya whatev, aint gonna come back or nuffin, nice knickers, aint gonna pocket them later or nuffin, ya ok I like ya and stuffz but ur totes stayin, you awesome person... STAYING" routine, he would have told her that she had a great life and she would be a good doctor (I think he'll say that to her when she leaves, although I still think that she might be the one that leaves him, but he'll be emo and say "oh ya ur a medical student lolz ") I can see why she would want to stay in the tardis with the doctor though, it can travel in time but its good that she has a good life, and something good to go back to and I think the Doctor knew that, I don't know if he would of come out and said "hey baby, I wanna knoooow if you'll be my timegirl!" because he knows that she has a good life and he doesn't want to ruin it (ITS OK IF SHE WANTS TO GO THOUGH ) also a big part of that is probably because he doesn't want to become attached to her because he'll know he'll loose her like he did with Rose and he doesn't want to go through that again (School Reunion + and the speech to lazerus in the church in Today's episode proves that the doctor doesn't take it well when he looses people) although the doctor is the kind of guy who bottles up things inside, and it seems like hes letting some of that emo out which is good (I cheered when Martha told him to STFU and tell her about Gallifrey.) but what was I saying? yes I'm glad that she has a good life, I hope that she doesn't turn into another Sarah Jane who seemed to have a craptastic life because no one compared to the doctor and she thought that he might come back, It's obvious that Martha is insecure (in the last episode, when the doctor hadn't really said anything mean since The Shakespere code, but she felt like he didn't like her or was using her.) but she seems like a strong woman, who will be emo when the doctor and her part, but will live with it and name her son doctor Jnr

Oh word to the tish love for Laz Laz, seriously, I felt so sorry for Lazington when she was like "Ewww wrinkles, I wear soap!" GIRLFRIEND, WHAT IF HE WAS A TIMELORD? IF YOU STUCK WITH HIM HE COULD HAVE REGENEARATED INTO A OLD BUT GOOD LOOKING JAMES MARSTERS! but if that old lady was his wife, he sucks. I love Gattiss and his Attiis of Gness, but I didn't know if she was geniunely attracted to him, or was just doing it because money grabbin "omg hes liek totally smart and gonna be rich!" I hope that she isn't that shallow and and a money grabbing so and so, but I understand why she would go for him oh and off topic but Tish was cute!

It would have been great, and then leo and her sister would make fun of her and pinch her cheeks she'd say "stop it! " and maybe Francine would like the Doctor better and "aww" at him and he'd totally be on her case saying "Mrs Jones! please stop buying me toy trains! I am a grown timeman who looks like a 6 year old!" oh there needs to be a kid!Doctor and Martha fic, where at the end when they turn back into adults, the Doctor could say "for some reason I have the urge to go to Disneyland and give Mickey a hug" and she'd say "yeah... me too " and then it could be implied that they woke up in bed with Donald Duck.

haha, the ust is too much, and in the earlier episodes, when he was being slightly mean I just thought "he wants to do her secretly but has Rose emo so hes trying to forget about the hot usty lustyness, they are sooo going to do it Buffy and Spike in Smashed style in series 400!" oh in the machine thing, when he pulled out his phalic symbol haha, OH RUSTY THIS IS A FAMILY SHOW! REMEMBER THAT OR MAKE MARTHA AND THE DOC VISIT CSI:CARDIFF SINCE THEY SEEM TO BE OBSESSED WITH THE SEX! or leave he shippyness for Doctor/jack!

you'd always remember him, and hear the tardis sound when you walked along the street alone and think "has my doctor come back? " and then go back to 1973 and fall for a alchoholic misogynistic copper

His accent was fantastic I loved how he was all "whatever Doctor, I'm much more older and wiser than you " and the doctor was lolling inside and saying "whatever man, I remember the blitz and flirted with Shakespere "

If I ever meet Simm, I'll hug him and tell him hes a fantastic actor, but I'll punch him for decideing to move on WHAT THE HELL? YOU PLONK! the finale was good, but would have worked better if it was the last episode of the third series... or 20th

I love Tennant's doctor, but It would have been great if Eccles had stayed for at least another season/series, he was so good

Home again

Okay, I was wrong. Sort of, anyway...

He brought me home. After everything we've been through, he brought me home. Which is fair enough, I guess. It's up to him who he travels with but, yeah, to say I was disappointed would be an understatement.

But then, as always with him, things got in the way... I'm guessing you saw the Lazarus Laboratory thing on the news. And I'm guessing that by now, you've worked out that the Doctor was involved. Thing is, this time so were my family.

I remember when I first went away to Uni. Came back for Christmas (that time of peace and goodwill – haha!) and it was so odd how they'd changed. We'd all grown up together and been through everything together but, after just a couple of months, it was obvious that things had changed. The cracks had started to show in mum and dad's marriage (and even though he eventually had the affair, mum realised their whole relationship was going wrong way before Annalise actually arrived on the scene. She's pretty sharp, my old ma!) Tish and Leo had both changed as well. Tish had moved into some tiny little bedsit and Leo had started seeing Shonara. And it had all happened while I was away. Which I guess is normal for families.

This time it was different. For them, it was the day after Leo's birthday thing but for me? Well, you know what I've been through. You know what I've seen and done since then. So, yeah, it was like I'd changed but they hadn't. I have changed, I realise that. I'm seeing things differently. And for them, I'd not even been away so none of them would understand just how big it all is. And I can't tell them because they'd think I was mad. Blimey, time travel messes with your mind.

Actually, I say they haven't changed but Leo told me that he was going to vote in the election. Leo?! Voting?!?! The world has officially gone mad.

One thing that so hadn't changed was that even though it was Tish's night, mum was still focussed on me. Tish is a year older than me but I've always been the responsible one (or the boring one as someone with a death wish might say). She never went to Uni or anything so I've always been treated as the oldest. Mum's always said that Tish should be more like me which isn't the best thing a mum can do but she doesn't mean anything bad by it. I think Tish used to resent me for it but, right now, we get on great. It's like we have this competition - I'm always trying to get her to grow up and she's always trying to get me to chill. And I've just realised, it's like we're swapping lives! I'm the one on the big holiday and she's the one in the business suit. Oh and that's mental as well. She's somehow got herself this big important job but she's such a mess. Honestly, you should see the state of her flat!! Mine, of course, is spotless J

And seeing them all, it was difficult in a way because it reminded me of what I'm leaving behind when I go off with the Doctor. I know they'll be there for me when I get back but I just hope neither me or them change too much. When I go off with the Doctor? Oh yeah, despite what I said at the beginning, I'm off again! But this time, it's totally on my terms.

You see, at the end of it all, the Doctor said I could go on one more trip but I said no. I don't care that he's the most amazing bloke I've ever met, I'm not going to be some kind of hitcher. I'm not going to be his assistant. So, I told him this. And he said I was never really that anyway J

So we're off together – as equals? Well, 60/40. Oh all right, 35/75. But it's definitely a more…permanent arrangement this time. And where now? Somewhere new. Somewhere brilliant, probably. Somewhere mad, definitely. And, hopefully, somewhere nice and sunny!

"when I get back" I love that she plans and knows that she'll go home eventually (although it is a time traveling spaceship shes on, so she could stay with him years and then say "Doctor I'm 56 now, I miss my family so I need to go home, I'll take our timebabies with me!" and leave him) and she seemed like she already missed her mum liek woah when she met her again (I think thats Martha's theme that got played during that scene? its pretty, angsty and I like the "ouu eeeee ouuuu aaaahh" bits) BUT I think she knows spending time with The Doctor > Her family!
