It was good! Cheesy in some places, but it's a christmas special, so not to be taken seriously.
Richard from Keeping up appearances was it in he was fantastic, I loved him explaining Christmas! and the ending was lovely, The Doctor is a bit ageist and sexist isn't he? if he had been a young good looking woman he'd have pushed her into that tardis "nope only ever been me, off you go!" well at least he'll learn about Earth and Christmas now, and he’s rich

haha at the guy from rita, sue and bob too getting killed via forklift, poor Astrid, I really liked her "It's a tradition" *SMOOOOOCH* she was pretty much a generic companion :/ but a good one, it's a shame they killed her off, maybe they could have persuaded Kylie to do a full series. I think the doctor genuinely fell for her, it's a shame he lost her, oh well I loved how Maxx Capricorn was sort of Max Headroomish (in the reordered clips that were shown to the passengers).

The Series 4 trailer was fantastic! Oh Donna Noble I love you "I just want a mate!" "I'm not mating with you sunshine!" and Martha and Bernard Cribbins! eeek eer! and Sontarans aka Giant potato headed judoon lookalikes! This is for the first half of the series so no Rose in it, but It looked good not as good as series 3 .

yeah things that go on in christmas specials can be ignored in future eps

it was good that he turned out to be rich it would have been rotten of the doc to have abandonned him on the roof just because he wasnt a woman the perv

it was interesting that max/bob had a falseish eye and the posh rude fellow looked to be sporting a glasseye also
i was thinking Astrid should get the assistant gig as its better than the precarioius popworld

there was a blondeish woman they kept showing far too often in the trailer for her to be a one ep character i wonder whats going on there

I rather loved Kylie. But then I always have. I just liked it when she grabbed the box to stand up and kiss him on Shame she had to bloody die. Why do all blonde girls die around the Doctor? And he did nothing to save her either

I didn't quite understand why the fat people had to die too.

I think that IS the reason he didn't invite him on board, but then again maybe he was sad because he lost Astrid? so he went all "yeah I never travel with anyone go away, please don't ask my 100 hot female/young male companions if they've ever traveled with me, bye bye!". But it still annoying that he told him he never traveled with anyone? whaaat? Maybe they'll have Hyacinth Bucket's husband back for one of the 2009 christmas specials? that would be good! I liked him

It's probably something the writers have dropped in the eye socket . Eyes will be a theme in S4 and we'll probably have an old eye enemy of the Doctors aka an eye monster made out of paper mache from Colin Baker's era

I was watching the Doctor Who confidential for it (BBC 3 program talking about effects/writing, stuff like that) and Kylie was on it saying that Astrid could have stayed with him, and how they really clicked, but Russell had other ideas! . It would have been nice if she was still alive, eff Mr Hyacinth Bucket we could have had Kylie back for the 2009 specials

The channel 4 digital advert is fantastic

One of them (with the glasses) is Donna's Boss I think, the other one who looks nothing like Billie!

The box kissage scene was sweet, so was the kiss at the end with Stardust!Astrid Poor Assy.

She could have jumped off that fork lift and survived Jeeezus Creepers, most of the passengers on the spaceship!Titanic died, how tragic, oh(rson) wells.

Yeah! how fatist! they made fun of their weight! than Foon or whatever her name was (or was it noof?) decided to jump off after having a breakdown about her husband, ok he just died, but she could have lived damnit! she saved the doctor and everyone else which is good, but she was a Robot mechanic type person! she could have stopped that thing anyway and poor Banana cafe latte (Bannakaffalatta) dieing after getting engaged to Kylie and being opressed due to his Cyborgness he was sweet "Call me Bannakaffalatta byatch" as he was once sort of told the doctor.

Martha "saving the world with words" Jones! not very much of her in the Trailers for DW and Torchwood, but its nice to see her there two scenes in the dw trailer where shes taken away screaming ("Nooooooooo don't take away my screentiiimme") and one on a hill somewhere with her (in the Doctor's overcoat?) with The Doctor and Donna and some guy looks exciting, Can't wait, Donna looks like she's going to be fantastic!

if her next few singles struggle she'll be back fulltime

Yeah wearing a long Ozzy osbourne style wig, calling himself coops "yeah Doctor, Just getting pimped up you know dawg, for Boxing day, don't want to get punched you know what I'm saying dude?" " what happened to you mr copper?" "dawg doctor, I bought myself a crib in Hackney, got me some girls and partied like it was 2045, oh yeaaaah *plays air guitar*" and the whole special will be about how The Doctor tries to save the World from Mr Copper

Apparently her album is certified as Platinum, hopefully it bombs in Luxembourg she'll be running back then! muahaha!

haha yes I am!, so many dw fans are going crazy with Donna Hate, they've all got Donnaitis! I think she's great and just what the Doctor needs (aka someone to slap him, we all love him, but he does need a good slap ) I think she was great in the runaway bride and she looks great in the S4 Trailer, then again my opinion of her might change when Series 4 airs, I think I'll love her though "You're not mating with me sunshine!" "why'd you say miss, do I look single?" I hope they're like an old married couple, It'll be great!
