They should be greatful that a promising young actor wants to commit himself to the role , Theyd be moaning far more if the show dissapeared again for another 16 years  |

True, true. But it seems everyone wants Eccles back: understandable.  I've read some rumors about Eccles returning for the Christmas Special though. Is there any truth to that? |

There was talk of his last episode being the christmas special and Tennant appearing at the end of that , or that hed be there at the begginning then Tennant would have the storyline of that ep . I dont know of any new rumours since Tennant appeared in the last ep .  |

Hmm...It'd be interesting to see him back though regenerating again into Eccles then by the end of the ep going back to Tennant. Just for old times sake. |

Christopher Eccleston will blatantly never return to the role of the Doctor. He doesn't want to get typecast and he's a credible actor with movie credentials, so it's all understandable. We were lucky to have him as the Doc for even one year.

I thought he was well established and respected enough before Doctor Who to be worried about Typecasting , but then it was a bigger smash hit than id ever guessed so maybe he had a point . Anthony Head is seemingly confirmed to be in season 2 as a villain |

Apparently 10 (as I will now refer to Tennant) and Rose will meet Queen Victoria, a race of Cat women and the Cybermen.
Cat women? Perhaps Halle Berry will be in it! :0

When i saw Catwomen i read it as Cat Woman and had similar fears I hope the Head meister (as im now calling him) has JM style 'multiple episodes' |

Well, when I first read it I actually thought they were going to meet "Queen Victoria, a race of cat women". I was like "Strange name for a race of cat women". hehe.
ASH will be a great baddie, I'm sure.
