Doctor Who scooped up at the television awards that will be broadcast tonight.

Best Actor - Christopher Eccleston, Doctor Who.
Best Actress - Billie Piper, Doctor Who.
Best Drama - Doctor Who.

Wooo Who! (see what I did there) I like that this country really respects it's Sci Fi/Fantasy enough to give it awards (unlike the Emmy's cough cough...cough?) like these.

Eccleston didn't turn up though. Snob.

Although, from what I saw in the paper Billie Piper just looked like she was wearing a big jumper. Oh dear.

I'll have to watch the dreaded award ceremony tonight now

I sortof like Ecclestone snubbing these events I wonder will he turn up for the Baftas , that will annoy the others .

I thought she looked good in her jumper .

I thought she could have done a whole lot better.

It would be quite funny if he turns up for the BAFTA's. I'm getting the feeling he's trying to completely distance himself from the role now, though.

I like to think he's just anti awards , the other possibility is too depressing I hope he did a video gushing about Bilie .

Like the Selma Blair/SMG acceptance? haha. That would be good. You know, considering Freddie was in the audience when she did that, you think he'd be bothered but nooooo apparently the only love scene of hers he can watch is that one.

He should love seeing his wife sitting on another guys lap in a forest.

I think that Billie will surely get the award? Then again it is the BAFTA's...

SMG has been moaning about his length recently

Theyll find a way to give it to Judi Dench or Imelda Staunton , even if they werent on tv this year

It would be great if the audience boooed , and Ecclestone stormed the stage and made an impassioned speech with the word "outrage!" said in his accent and handed back his award in disgust Damn you judi!

Strangely I can see him doing just that. And when I see Eccles doing that he's dressed as The Doctor....strange indeed.
