I think they've only comissioned the first series so far (8 episodes British shows eh?) hopefully they'll see what a big hit it is (I think it got 7 million bajillion viewers!) and we'll get 50 more seasons or they'll have another spin off set in the 90s with all of them at a nursing home "cor that baby spice looks like a right goer guv" "shut it carling, forget about that Nancy Noncewright! Time to find out who stole my apple puree! Come on boys" that would be great actually, It would be like Last of the Summerwine, instead it would be better and funny! (joking, I love LOTS).

I cheered when I saw his name first! waayheeey time the G-man got some credit love yeah Philippoussis brought in the punters!

I did enjoy the first 11 minutes! But it was great when they turned up, fire up the quattroooooooooooooooo, I love Gene's shoes and the Guv and the team's shades , I really liked Alex Drake she's great, I loved the air quotes and the Gene bashing The Gene Genie obviously took a shining to her, I loved the chest squeeze scene too she probably reminds him of Sam, I remember the Gene/Sam chest squeezing scenes fondly.

Shaz is nice, a little ditzy but sweet, seem's like Chris likes her She's like Annie-Light and I always thought that Annie/Chris would have made a sweet pairing (But I loved Sam with Annie too! ) so it would be nice if they got together, he gave her a walkman a Sony one too!

Yeah they didn't mention Annie at all! and yeah Sam's dead? If it's all in Alex's head she should have given him a happy ending! But they didn't find his body, I nearly cried when they showed Gene looking sad drinking all alone with a newspaper cutting of Sam beside his desk, Ray called him a twonk (that was a great scene) but I bet they all miss him like mad it would have been nice if they said something about Annie though, if she was fine, if they had kids etc oh well.

LADY DIANA AND PRINCE CHARLES! I wonder how that'll turn out it looks good!

Overall it was good, really enjoyable nice to see the guv and his boys again, Keeley Hawes was great . The double Vs were fantastic, Bafta winning scene right there . I loved that she already knew who everyone was and how she knew just what to look out for with talking to the tv and listening to the radios, the Bowie!Clown is obviously the new test card girl, HE WAS TERRIFYING I could have gone without the cheesy "Here comes Gene" music (no not the Clash! the instrumental bits! ) but he deserves it , he deserves all the cheese he can get, he deserves Stilton!

She seemed very keen for there to be a second series so it must be easily going to happen i think Genister is of the ge where he's not going to want to run away from a smash hit character so it will carry on

The V scene made me think its like maybe she can enjoy it there knowing its endable i hope she decides to stay too showing that the love of Genes world outweighs motherly obligations

Yeah the V scene proved she was common as muck , She's propah Spunky and bo, She's well spoken, and edumacated, but not too proper posh like I think it makes for an interesting dynamic with Gene and the rest of the team though, she can give as good as she gets and speak Klingon while doing it! aveeeeeeeee it.

Harrow for liiiiiife" he sounds so different in real life so disappointing but shows how talented he is, his manc accent is really good! I think like Sam she'll pretend she wants to go back and see her daughter, but she'll probably fall for Gene and decide to Stay (or maybe somehow Gene will get hurt and end up in 2008 that would be great tv I still hope they'll make a Gene in the future spin off spin off )
Yeah I'd be surprised if he doesn't know about Life On Mars/Ashes to Ashes, what an empty life he'd be living if he didn't I loved that they used the clash! I'm sure they'll use "Should I Stay Or I Should I Go" in Alex's last episode I think I heard some Roxy Music and Gary Numan as well waayheeey, hopefully the A2A Soundtrack will be as good as the Life On Mars one was!
