I hope i dream of being on the team or driving the car around wrecklessly or even being gene ' the ep where he keeps punching the football fan unconcious is the ideal dream scenario you should get your dream ficced

Angel is fantastic! But I "fell" for Sam quicker than I fell for Angel (actually I really didn't like him at first, but love Angel now! )

I hope theirs a halloween episode, where his daughter forces him to dress up, andhe dresses up as a new romantic, because nothings scarier than them!

being gene? surely its better if you're not him and you're his sidekick so you can be insulted by him and pretend you're annoyed but be honoured you got insulted by mr hunt!

ive got both finales to watch

i wonder if he'll have modern new romantic kids

who could resist , she sounds a classy lady its good to hear a shilpa mention too its been a while

sorry seems to be his weakest sonnnnng thats the sort of analogy that sums up the anticipation so well

i think it might be one of those dream scenarios where you are someonebut youre also watching what they do and say

neighbours and ugly Betty are the two top shows to ever hit Pakistan so its not shocking news

SERIES 2 LAST EPISODE SPOILERS BELOW

Christ what a way to go out better than we dared dream
ive realisaed that whenever a show tries something great it feels like Buffy's normal again ep , and this had that feel too
the bleakness of his modern world was just so soulcrushingly awful , the suit the people the surroundings make me vomit just thinking about them
for them to make the choice they did for him and for the way he chose to get there was so brave and against reasonable (aka tedious ) thinking , i was sort of not liking the ep for fear of how it was going , but now we know how it ended i can rewatch it and love it all

there was a good thing in the high quality daily star today ( iread all the clasiest rags ) 'genes a genius!' asking angrily why Simm is nominated for best actor when Gene carried the show on his back

theree was a good article about Ashes to Ashes saying how theyve already got the character to be alongside Gene but not the actress yet and how the list of people fighting for the role is very prestigious
my mate said how ''its a ruthless no holds barrred battle for that role '' he acted like he was an insider

Thats what I thought too, I thought "how very normal againish" and when I watched Normal Again I didn't know what to do, because I desperatly wanted her slayer life to be real even if the other life made more sense and the same thing happened with the finale.

I found myself going onto Life on Mars sites to see what other people thought, most people thought it was great and were blown away, I liked it, I never wanted him to go back to 2006, because 1973 was his home now and it was better but I felt there was something missing, they were so many theories and I'm not sure what to think, because the writers left the ending open, John Simm said that he didn't think that sam even woke up and the writer (THE KIND OF CANON) said differently, most polls I checked said they thought that 1973 was real too, which I'd like to believe their was actually an interesting theory I read, which I'm going to believe and say is what happened (GENE IS REAL DAMMIT!.. WELL IN THE LOM WORLD!) but it won't make sense if Ashes to Ashes is canon, oh well or I suppose 1973 WAS real because sam felt real there bla bla bla.

oh I'm sorry I forgot this show was fictional for a second

yeah people in 2007 make me want to vomit too , it looked horrible and all blue with the coppers all dressed up (bet they thought about what to wear before they left for work too, no one in 1973 would do that! ) with their rules, it was all action in 1973 and Gene wouldn't just sit there like a dorothy asking how people were and if he should go ahead with something it was "OI SALLYS MY WAY OR THE HIGH WAY!" and even if Gene's ways were unconventional he did what he did because he believed in protecting the city and wanted the best for its citizens, and it seems like all the police care about now his following namby pamby rules (Come on punch some people! )

this episode made me even life Sam/Annie a bit I liked the heart feeling scene and awwed, and Annie slapping Sam! waayheey go girl! go girl!

I think I'll have to watch the episode again to see if I liked it or not I'm so strange, I think it was fantastic, but something was missing dammit!

After watching the finale, which John Simm was fantastic in, I think it was great that he was nominated (Damn the roof scene, all I thought was "oscar worthy") he deserves it, but I'm dissapointed Philip Glenister didn't get nominated either maybe if there was a supporting actor category? he was fantastic, some think that he wasn't nominted because the character was so non-pc and they didn't want to think that Bafta supported his views or something like that, shut up you sissys! HE DESERVED IT!
