SFX gave this film 5 stars! (which they admit they NEVER do for anything from Joss Whedon...heheh). So it must be good.
And apparently there's 1% worth of nookie in it! Drat. I hope that 1% belongs to Simon and Kaylee.

Me too. There's no spoilers in the review, really. Apparently they had spoilers in the last issue and people blasted them for it. They really must learn to not do that.
The Doctor Who stuff is good too.

I know. I read that and I was all "WHAT! MY EYES! MY EYES!" I think I was one of the only people in the world who didn't know Spike was going to die and then come back on Angel. They didn't label spoilers! *weeps at memory*

If the movie does well, there may be two more! Well, for most of the cast...

i had about two weeks after that in a devestated daze before finding about the reemergence on Angel . God i hope they do two more films , and theyre other projects are moderately succesful so they do ten films Who needs Mal ! We do |

I want another series! Movies take too damn long and don't last long enough. If only the Sci Fi channel had had the budget for it, they would have taken in. Gosh darnit.

I was consolling myself with : "well in the Joss universe a soul means something , so he's in heaven or hell somewhere and existing" . im gagging for more series of it , but wonder are they all feeling like their 'film people' now . |

That's my worry too. They might be all "TV? Bwhaha! We won't lower ourselves back down to that level again"
It's pretty much the first feature film any of them have been in that looks likely to actually get somewhere in the film charts. Summer Glau cried when she heard she was going to be the lead (sort of) in a film. Since, she was all not an actor and stuff till recently.

They do seem a great JMesque bunch though who love the characters , so maybe theyd go back to tv . On the Angel ballett commentary Joss says something about her lack of acting experience , i'd love it to be a big hit for them , but to typecast them all forever |

They do really seem to love Firefly and the characters. I know Adam Baldwin has said Jayne was a character of a lifetime for him.
Yes, let them be typecast and HAVE to carry on the characters! They won't resent it one bit!
