I know I haven't posted here in the time I've been a member but I wanted to let people know about this:
My friend is opting out of Buffy action figure collecting pre-holidays.
He has all of the figures up through Xander/Cordelia (since Willow) So every wave of Diamond Select Toys Buffy and Angel figures are up by wave (w/ Spike and Willow split into to for standard and special releases) in 17 auctions.
Anyone who wins them all gets free shipping and if you win 8 of them you get a free library playset.
If you've held off buying before now, this might be just the chance you were waiting for. Everything is priced to be around $4 per auction, the figures are all in VG to NM to Mint condition.
You won't find any better way of buying in to collecting, or better prices on rare figures if you already do collect (Hemery High Buffy, World Tour aka Dingoes Willow, Holiday willow, SDCC Dark Witch Will, Jacket Fool For Love Spike, Chosen Spike, Bloodbank 2006 Spike, Triangle Tara, Life of the Party Lorne.
There are 5 or 6 autographed figures in the mix. (Darla, tara X2, Lorne and I think at least one more, can't remember.)
