They just had a bunch of "What If" situation in the Buffy/Angel magazine. One of them was, what if Spike and Angel HAD "rescued" Buffy from The Immortal? What would have happened then? Would she have chosen between them? Told them both to sod off? Declared undying love for The Immortal? Told them her thang with The Immortal was just some kind of Council Operation? Or would she have told them she loved them both, had them hang around with her in Rome for a while before eventually getting pissed off with their bickering and telling them to go back to L.A to become "cookies" instead of "cookie dough" like the Buffy/Angel mag suggested?  |

I don't think Buffy would have chosen between them because Joss wouldn't want masses of his fans to be disappointed  I think Buffy would have probably yelled at them a bit, then there'd be some talking and each of them would get an alone time with Buffy and after not choosing either, saying she's still not ready for that, just needs to live her life a little while without all that stuff from the past before she does something that big, Angel and Spike would go back to LA and tada! There ya go. My theory. |

I reckon she'd keep 'em both.
The three of them would lounge around on sunloungers, Angel and Spike not in "direct sunlight" wearing hawaiian shirts and those flower necklaces, Buffy wearing big sunglasses and sipping on a Sex on the Beach...the cocktail.
Although, their might some of that later on when the sun goes down.

Three some! noo, I dont like B/S/A as a three some, maybe it would stop shipper wars, I dont think Joss would have either Angel or Spike end up With Buffy, because the other half of his fans would be dissapointed, althought david Fury did say he thought of a storyline/plot/thingy for season 5 in which Angel gave Spike the shanshu so spike could end up with Buffy, But Joss said no because he wanted to do future projects with Spike, and if he got the shanshu and buffy his story would be finished... awww I would of loved to see that! there would of been some nice Spuffy kissage!
But I think Buffy would tell them to move on like Andrew did, say that she loved them both, But people move on and they should too, she would say that they could be friends and the immortal could walk in (played by sir johnny depp of course) and they would start makeing out on the sofa and Angel and Spike would leave, The end.

There's no such thing as "just friends" between those three.
The Immortal would be played by Antonio Banderas, blatantly.
