Too tortured beyond repaired is the only way to describe her. The perfect angel is walking in the night blending in with the night. She always wore a cream gown that flowed from her shoulders down. The fabric hung loosely and clutched at her tight body, she was a picture perfect vision of a beautiful black goddess. She was Drusilla.



She ran a finger over the red glimmering jewel in front of her and smiled wickedly. "Naughty children." She stopped in front of the slayer's house and smiled even more brightly. "Don't know what's coming!" "Let's go pay a visit Miss Edith!" She knocked on the door then heard, "Don't let it in mom!" Silly girl. She has no idea what's coming! "A powerful wicked force!"

Joyce ignored Buffy's warning and let her in. The weird girl tossed her doll onto the couch and knocked the woman out!
"Say good night Lady Joyce."

Meanwhile, Spike was roaring at his minions. "Where is she", he ground out!

One vampire: N not here sire.

Spike: Okay, if something happens to her, it will be off with your heads!

Drusilla wove her hands around the girl and while she wasn't looking, placed the necklace around her neck! "Sleep tight princess. Come morning, we'll be one." She skipped out of the room singing happily. "And my Spike will love his new gift." They each wore the same pendant but Drusilla has the green one while Buffy has the red!
"Oh yes he'll definitely love it!"

The next morning Drusilla's spell wore off and she woke up feeling, strange! "What did that nutcase do to me?"
She was very weak and drained and could barely stand! 'Okay, this really isn't funny!'

Meanwhile, Drusilla got sent to the world where the fairies and pixies promised her. A wonderful place with smelling roses and candles and her mummies and daddies! It was wonderful! The necklace had shifted her soul to heaven while the fairies wept for the girl that would always remain for she is destined to be the main player. She is destined as the key or the protector of heaven. That's what she is- a slayer.
The protector.

"The Christabel", she whispered. She was perished in the golden light- swallowed in it. She was welcomed and embraced by all the angels singing praises for her.

God/Christabel: Elijah...

All angels: God will perish all sin and purify the one! Amen! Blessed is his name, Lord Christabel.

Meanwhile, Buffy looked at what she was wearing. A loose off the shoulder cream Victorian gown that flowed to her feet. She rose a shaky hand to her now brown hair and she was translucent in the mirror with half of her body drifting in the air. She could clearly make out the entity that was staring back. She shuddered and had to cover herself before literally screaming! She remembered the nightmare from before. She had become Drusilla!

Her brown locks dangled loosely about her head as she thought about calling Giles to rectify this problem. One problem- how does she know she won't be staked? Dressed like this, who knows what can happen? She had to get out of there! She was literally a walking zombie. 'What happened to me!?! Did she use me to get somewhere? You're forgetting, this is a very resourceful demon and destructive! Oh man, you gotta find her! Think fast Buffy!' She scrunched her face! "Or I'm stuck like this."

Her aching gums told her all kinds of nasty things and she can hear the moon and stars as clear as day! This did nothing but freak her out even more! She didn't want to visualize being prophetic no less insane!
Nothing seemed to heighten her senses the more.
She felt weak! Weak and drained!
"I need to get something in my body." It was repulsing to think about but she had to do it!
Nothing could get rid of the glumly mood except that a nice amount of rich fatty blood should do the trick.
She went to Willy's.

Spike leaned up against the brick wall watching her and lighting up a cigarette. She looked healthier almost with an eerie glow. He figured she must have gotten good blood! 'What if she killed the slayer', he thought of this. He was almost laughing out loud! "Drusilla bagged the slayer! That's my girl!"

But he was shocked when he saw her coming out with a box of bagged blood. There was no Miss Edith and Dru was used to dragging the damned doll every place she went! 'Something isn't right', he thought.
He went up to her. "You aren't Dru!"

Buffy saw everything through new eyes almost- more clearly. She finally explained to Spike what really happened to her and Drusilla. Said that the loony went completely coo- coos and hypnotized her with one of her stupid spells.
She didn't want to go into further details.

Spike: Well, Dru is insane Buffy.

"Yeah I get that", she stated sarcastically. She primarily uses sarcasm when she's pissed or with him! She laughed at her own ironicism! Just last night, she had the same dream again! This morning, she wakes a vampire and not just any vampire but a vampire with special powers and a mild psychotic sense. Technically, it should have never happened. To Spike, it was just Dru playing her games! To Buffy, it could be hell. "I don't see why I have to put up with this."

Spike: 'She is so cynistic and sarcastic.' Why do you do that pet? 'To piss you off maybe?'

One thing she gotta admit, it'll make staking vampires a lot easier. All she would have to do is put them in a trance! That or pretend to be Drusilla and draw them into the sunlight! Either one should work! 'This is great! The power of camouflage.' She should be convincing.

She quickly shakes her mind out of it. What just happened?!?
'I walk like Drusilla', she shakes her head. 'I talk like Drusilla', eye roll. 'And now, I am her.'
She disgruntles. "Unheard of."
"Pet, are you okay?"
"No, how would you like to be trapped in this frigid body and you have no idea how to get out!?!"
'Or where the host went!?!'

Spike: Her body maybe frigid but it's not frail.
Don't get too cocky slayer!

There was something about this slayer whether she believed in it or not! She's hot; she's fiery; she's hot and cold. She's fire and ice!
She's everywhere! She's not the Chinese bint or the salty New York bint. She's sweet and spicy but he misses his own Dru. The real Dru!
Why did everything have to get so fucked up?

I sighed. Why does everything have to fall into place so quickly!?! It's not like I chose this. I didn't magically zap myself into this body! I didn't wish for it. So, he was left watching her as she played with the hem of her dress and some of Drusilla's dolls. She was almost fascinated by the different colors and sounds. The teeter platter of feet!
She was almost repelled to love it!
To embrace the darkness that she had so long locked away.

Buffy: How do I stop it Spike!?! How do I destroy the urge to drink powerful blood?

She can't help it. Every time she closes her eyes a sharp vibrating pain would hit her with full force and she would shift uncontrollably still not yet reacquainted with her demon.
Everything she knew was destroyed. She was the slayer- a protector of the innocent. Of all that is good and pure. Now, her blood is mixed with something potent; that of demon blood; of a soulless killer. Mixed with ancient powerful elixir. Of magic and truths that she was forced to acknowledge. There was no point in trying to hide destiny; of trying to deny knowledge.
It was the inevitable; they all knew it was coming.
Just the matter of timing.
She growled in distaste as the smells overwhelmed her making everything else shift away. Only the smells and pounding of her own heartbeat or should I say someone elses'.
For a month she was a protection but now there is a darker truth to every light. She is a demon.
She stalked out of the room!
"How am I going to live like this?"



Try as she might, the foul tastes will always linger there. She scratched at her stomach cutting holes and digging deeper until she drew crimson droplets that soaked her skin and dress.
'Will the pain never stop', she wondered. She will never get passed that part where she's a loathed enemy. A creature that had been hunting her up til now and wanting her dead and buried in a coffin.
The sixth final stages of grief soon turned into annoyance and anger. She can yell and bellow but that does not change the fact- she's still a demon.

"Open your eyes slayer." She heard a cooing sound in her ears and found a floating body hovering over her. She blinked for a second to get readjusted to the light and finds herself looking into Drusilla's eyes.
To her utter shock, they are sane!
There was no trace of evil; no trace of crazy haziness. Just sparkling glowing orbs.
And they were smiling.
"Okay crazy bitch, how'd you do it!?!"

Dru: Shh, that's a secret I shan't tell.

Spike: Baby, it's the hunger. Your body is no longer human's Buffy and it needs blood.

Buffy: I decline.

Spike: Do you want ta try sticking a stake in yourself cause I guarantee that's how you'll feel. If you don't have blood back in your body, you will starve and shrivel and your skin will turn all old and ancient and your eyes will swell.
You need blood.

Buffy: Fine but I rather take it from a starving animal.

"Let's go!"

She was shocked. "What!?!"

Spike: I said let's go!

"Where are we going?" He smirked. "You wanted animal's blood?" She screwed up in distaste. "It was a sig line Spike", she hissed.
He shrugged and pulled her into a barn. "Let's see we've got all kinds of treats here. Cow? No? Pig? No way! Horse? Ah ha chicken!"
Buffy pulled a disgusted face as she yanked the horse to her already ridged features. Smelling blood this close to her she lost control and bit down hard on its neck. She was surprised to find it actually tasting good.

Spike: Good choice love. Horse blood tastes uniquely like human's.
