Buffy crossed her arms as she looked at Xander. I mean really looked at him. She didn't like what she saw.

Buffy: Do you think I'm impressed?

When he didn't answer right away, she fumed.

"I. asked. you. a. question."

Buffy: Once again, do you think I'm impressed?

*Flashback*

"Why can't she go for a guy like me? I know what I'm asking is too out of my reach, but one can only hope."

Anya: When will you get it?

Xander: Get what? That my chances are slim to none?!?

Anya huffs in annoyance, "You know that's not what I mean so don't even go there Harris!"

Xander: Oh, so I'm Harris now? No Xander, no baby, no sugar puddings? Just Harris.

Anya: I swear, you can be such an ass sometimes!

"Think whatever you want An, but this isn't over. I'm getting her away from that guy."

Dawn: Everyone else in this room can see it, but you. THEY are soooooo joined at the hip.

Buffy: She's right you know? Spike's my solid rock and you are my foundation, I need you every step of the way.

Xander sighed. "Alright but if he does anything, ANYTHING, I will come after him."

He looks straight at Dawn. "Either of you.........."

With that said, an unspoken agreement has passed between the two men.
