Prison Break

I caught the repeat of the pilot of this on Ch5.

It's starring Wentworth Miller (of Mariah Carey video fame) and he get's himself thrown into prison so he can go in there and help his brother, who is due to be executed, get out of there.

He even had the prison blueprints tattooed onto his entire torso. (he even helped build the place) That's brotherly love.

He's faking having diabetes so that he can go to the doctor's office every week or whatever, so that he can check out escape routes and stuff. Also the doctor is a very pretty lady so that helps. He doesn't have diabetes though so he had to get some dealer to get him a drug to block the insulin injections.

Also, his brother's ex is a lawyer and now she believes Michael (Wentworth) that his brother has been set up for murdering the Vice President.

There was some other subplot's too and a little bit of beating up and stuff. As all things about prisons must have.

So far, so good.

I like how it seems they thought how about taking all the great Shawshank Redemption things and making a great series out of it !

its extremely promising , it was directed by the much maligned Brett Rattnerr so hopefully XMEN3 will be good after all

I thought the lawyers new bloke was Glenn Quinn for a moment then realised the awful truth

The mexican cellmates good fun . he's right about Hector i wonder is that the Hector Morrissey sang about

when ep 1 ended i was crushed as it felt like a film and i desperatly wanted more and tto see it resolved today but im glad it will be spread out over loads of eps , just 4 hours till ep 2

Theres lots of Btvs Connections , Marti Noxons involved in a big way , and the Leader of those weirdos who tried to kill Dawn before Glory could is the guard and Vern Gillum directed an ep

I didnt think we'd get to see Hector but we do

Whenever it looks like their plot might be discovered i get so tense even though it surely wont be rumbled

i love that i believe prison is like that i wonder how many eps/seasons there will be .

It depends on how long it takes him to break out. Or maybe he'll strike up a career as someone who gets people out of prisons.

He'd have to have his whole torso burnt with lasers so he could tattoo new blueprints on himself, though. Youch.

If prison really is like that then I never want to go there.

The guy who likes his boyfriends to hold onto his pockets was weiiiiiird.

And I just watched the Shawshank Redemption, so I know what happens when they get less worried about consensual sex. Eeep.

I kind of find Wentworth weird-looking. And he's supposed to be so pretty. But he reminds me of a mouse.
