everywhere darling! horse and hay magazine will be th first reviewers! Last.fm is a service that records what you listen to, and then presents you with an array of interesting things based upon your tastes — artists you might like, users with similar taste, personalised radio streams, charts, and much more. - source Last.fm FAQ Its great, you download a plugin and based on what you listen to with the music player you use to listen to your music (Winamp, itunes, windows media player, realplayer, whatev player etc) it'll record your artists and songs on your account (not the sound of course, just list the artists and songs and what have you) and it'll give you a weekly top artists list, a overall top artists list, a overall top track list (I think mines is clint eastwood by Gorillaz, previously Maneater by Miss Furtado ) it'll also recommend artists for you, for instance if you listen to U2, it might say "you might like the police!" and if you listen to 50 cent, it'll say "you might like lil bow wow" etc You can also get Radio stations, based on tags that users including you (or you could play your own tagged artists) have tagged, for instance you could play "70s radio" and you'll get music from that era (just the full tracks no talking from a middle aged man who sounds like a pervert!!! YAY) , and you could play "similar artists to Christina Aguilera" radio and get a whole range of artists from Britney to Jennifer Lopez you can also listen to your neighbourhood radio (every week you get neighbours based on what you listen to, my neighbours are fantastic! one of them turned out to be a spike fan! waayheey) recommendation radio full of artists/songs recommended to you, and you can listen to your friends personal radio (aka full of artists/songs they listen to, aka like my fantastic one and that guy ernoldsames radio.) and also you can now download songs, legally! most of them are ones you have to pay for, but theirs also some that are free, most by unsigned or obsecure artists, but you have songs from artists on major labels too (theirs a fantastic queen song! .) you have forums and groups too, all kinds, like the kazakhstan and harold bishop groups or the music to take drugs to group etc you can create your own, WE COULD HAVE A SLAYERFEST GROUP/FORUM ON THERE and theirs a lot more fun cool and hip daddio things

the quilts are great I also like the artists pages and the shoutboxes on them where people fight about them and the shoutboxes on the user profiles are great too the shouters in my box eat pigeons for a living I like the album pages too, because they have clips of each song, so you can listen to albums before you go out and buy them last.fm is fantastic I wonder if the norman wisdom page still has my/his pic on it

YOU DIDN'T KNOW! I bet you haven't been on an artists page in your life either! sac le blue! ok heres a lesson in last.fm dom. This: www.last.fm/music/Oasis <- is the Oasis page, Picture and Similar artists on the left (Coldplay Similar artist ) and Tags and weekly top listeners (with you no where to be seen ) on the right and yeah the rest is there bla bla you have eyes bio in the middle, and under that all their albums listed .. yeah with the oasis similar artists radio and what have you anyway you click on an album, and the album page comes up example the "don't believe the truth" page: www.last.fm/music/Oasis/Don%27t+Believe+the+Truth <- you can see beside each title it has a little blue arrow, you can listen to snippits from each song (and if its a yellow you can listen to all of it ) and I think if you just press play on the player it'll just go through the album for you you should explore last.fm if you're bored and have time, you find magical wonderfull things and album pages are one of the things I use to label my songs correctly too I'm not a geek, just a good tagger
