With Angel trapped on the ocean floor and Cordelia stuck on a mystical plane, Fred and Gunn are frustrated at the lack of clues regarding their friends' whereabouts, especially after the only eyewitness to Angel's disappearance is murdered. After Angel is rescued by the most unlikely person, the shocking reasons behind the mysterious disappearances become clear.

This was on the other day, so I thought I'd comment. I liked Angel's speech to Connor at the end My favorite part is, of course his very last line in the speech, just because he tells him to get out but oh well

ANGEL: I know. I can tell. You've done enough lying for me to know the difference. The truth has a better sound to it, less nasal, you know? Get up. What you did to me was unbelievable, Connor. But then I got stuck in a hell dimension by my girlfriend one time for a hundred years, so a few months under the ocean actually gave me perspective. Kind of a M. C. Esher perspective. But I did get time to think. About us, about the world. Nothing in the world is the way it ought to be. It's harsh, and cruel. But that's why there's us. Champions. It doesn't matter where we come from, what we've done or suffered, or even if we make a difference. We live as though the world were as it should be, to show it what it can be. You're not a part of that yet. I hope you will be. I love you, Connor. Now get out of my house.

that episode made me cry, because of the Angel/Cordelia scene on the cliff (its got that scene in it doesn't it?) where he meets her and he realises that it isn't real and his face! ohh his face! *sobs* and then he bites her, ohh but his face!


ARRRRRRGH JOSS! why couldn't you give them a happy ending huh? huh? grrrr!

and yeah I liked that speech too haha connor!

I wouldn't know if it was in this ep or not I'm not a Cangel-er at all So I don't remember things like that

I always find myself repeating parts of that speech after I hear it!

I really hated Connor the first time I watched the show, then I watched it again and I began liking him... poor guy, its not his fault his parent were crazy serial killing vampires and that he grew up in a hell dimension, poor, poor connor.

hehe but it was nice hearing Angel tell him to go away

I didn't mind Connor in Season 5. I know he had a lot of excuses for being a really annoying pig...but it wasn't that that bothered me. I just didn't like him...the thing with Cordy was icky and I didn't consider him handsome enough! hahaha

yeah I disliked him in season 4, arrgh he and jasmine!cordy was just disgusting! I was a big (and still am, even though JOSS RUINED IT! ARRRGH.. heh) Angel/Cordy shipper so I just wanted to strangle him!

I loved Lorne when he was on the boat with Angel.... even though it wasn't really him.... He was hilarious. ;D

Lorne: You wanna bitch-slap sour-puss over there for practice? I'm your cheering section.

Haha And then Lorne was singing and all. ;D
