haha, house and techno? moustache? did Gene Hunt regenerate into a complete dandy?  Gene Hunt Loves Roger Whitaker damnit! I can see him as a Sinatra, Bennett lover too "alright tony dustbin, give up or I'll fly you to the moon, got it?" he probably uses old Croony/Rogery samples and is hated in the chicago dopewaxing techo scene for his sexist comments, his women stealing and his camel coat, he sounds like a great guy love to meet him! I wonder if people come up to him and say "oy play some beats you sally!" he'll probably get annoyed a lot when the American Remake gets made |

Thats the bloke playing Gene in teh american remake  I can picture him punching the air to Hiway Star in his car i bet that bloke googles himself all teh time to see if his legend is preading only to find he'll forever be in the shadow of the finest tv charcter to emerge this decade |

Is that an advert for it? "oi watch out Chicago, don't break any laws or I'll Drop some Wax tracks on yer 'eds and torture you by playing techo music, got it? good kids! play nice nancys!" if he says that in the tv advert for it I'm going to love American!Gene Yeah and nodding his head along to "Jene Genie" by David Bowie saying "thats about me that is  " I always pictured Gene to be a old nancy type when it comes to Music, prefering the music from when he was growing up "Bowie this, Deep Orange that? people won't even remember those ninnys in 30 years time!" and I always picture him having a huge beard, instead of a tiny tash I bet he gets excited when he finds articles on the net saying "Gene Hunt is fantastic "Britain is in love with Gene Hunt" "Gene Hunt is a sexist Pig" and goes around saying "I'm big in Britain " and gets depressed when he finds out the articles are about a Big Boned fictional Manc bloke you're right he'll forever be in the shadow of the best fictional character to come out of Manchester since Mick Hucknall |
