Its a very similar rumour I saw an interview with Nicholas Brendon and he was so very keen on the idea Part of How he met the mother could have been his German adventure

Nick Brendon was probably keen because he'd read all the fanfic on the net that had the Dawn/Xander pairing. He decided he would get a leading role. Then that nasty old JM would sweep in and steal the show.

Im sure the Xawn shippers enjoyed his motivational talk with her , some of the more extreme ones would even have got a kick out of the chloroform scene NB was pointing out excitedly that JM had a huge multi season deal that made the Dawn show a strong possibility .

Wow, really? How long was JM's contract??? 20 years? They just couldn't get enough of him.
Where did you hear of all this? And how come I haven't? Disgraceful.
That chloroform scene was hot.
Sydney is dressing up as her mother. Alias has truly gone too far.

He apparently signed as far as a season 9 i think , it was in a very poor quality scifi mag , i'll look for the title . it was when i was buying them all for my spoilers , pre internet It was hotter when she overpowered him That mother thing could have got incredibly creepy

Ah, yes. I used to do that. Buy all sorts of magazines just for tidbits on spoilers for Buffy. Oh, those were the days. That is very true. Dawn + Xander + Taser = Mega Hot. The mother thing IS creeping me out. I'm sure it's a way to placate the offbeat Jack/Syd shippers.

It was a bit annnoying spending £3 on a mag with one page of text about the show though After worrying that he was a cow out to pasture , how humiliating for him I wouldnt bet against there being Jyd sites out there

I know. Those magazines are daylight robbery. I mean £3.75 some of them are! Bloody horrendous. I sometimes used to just read them in the shop if I was skint. Didn't really work with SFX though considering it's Spoiler Zone is sealed. I used to only buy it sometimes for that part and one time I bought it and found out someone had ripped out the Spoiler Zone! it was the Spoilers for the beginning of Season 7 as well. I had to buy another one. I was livid. Jyd. hehe.

I had that very same problem ! it was an edition with Spiderman on the cover , i couldnt believe it SFX did the best spoilers ever , still do , but theres not a show that matters as much for them to spoil Sladias got an audience too

Sladia...even the name sounds gross.
I believe my faulty edition had Pierce Brosnan on the cover. I was very annoyed. SFX do do the best spoilers, I would read the Buffy ones and couldn't wait until they came on TV. They refused to spoil OMWF though.
Also I wanted to watch Chosen with no spoilers. But then they had an article on Buffy and didn't label it had spoilers and I found out about Spike dying and Willow's spell. Several people complained about that. Apparently they thought the mag would come out after the ep had aired.
Ooh, SFX I miss you. I have no money to buy you frequently.
That Jack/Syd stuff was quite sweet actually. I wonder how she'd have reacted if he had leaned in for a full on "pash" as they say in Neighbours.

Thats sort of great that they refused to spoil that ep I think i had a vague idea Spike might die , till that very article stated it so matter of factly like we all knew anyway Their spoiler for Chosen was good , with the reviewer saying they watched it in a cupboard or something in tears I still get sfx alot , but sometimes dont even open the spoiler section I was expecting such a dilemma to arise throughout that scene

I remember that. She was like "I'm sitting in a cupboard, crying my eyes out and everyone is laughing at me. And I don't care!" haha. However, she said that Angel and Buffy still had chemistry, and that she felt sorry for Spike. I wholly disagree.
I look at the front cover of SFX and if there's nothing that interests me much I don't get it. I know there's a free comic this time though.
I was sort of hoping Jack would make a mood and Syd would all be "I can't, sweetheart. I've got a headache"

I did sort of dread that Angel scene thinking it would belittle the Spike years , but i still liked the Angel beast , he's just not the one she loves It's a lost expose this month , i'll have to look , but im such a busy man Or theyd have been urging her " carry on , when he's fully aroused he might blurt out Perry Whites whereabouts ! Oh, that is sickening "Come on, Syd. Take one for the team!" I just thought at the end of End of Days with Buffy and Angel kissing and Spike watching on "Are they trying to make it look like Spike will go evil?" I actually thought he might, since I saw the previews for "Chosen" and all it showed of him was a bright blue light bursting through the ceiling and up near Willow.

Im sure she would have to save old Jack then he'd later reveal he was aware the whole time but couldnt break his own cover When the bbc showed it they edited out The First / Buffy calling Buffy a bitch trying to goad Spike . I was glad they didnt end it on her and Angel , but showed the reaction of Spike and the Spuyyites
