yeah she can go and live there forever yes, They won those awards, the country music stations are still not playing them because their "hatred for america" oy vey, what about other american artists who have critisized the bush adminstration or any adminstation for that matter, the mainstream stations still play them and don't say "Omgz America hatazzzzz" it sucks when some american people themselves forget about what their country stands for come on Freedom of Speech Y'all. So what if they're country stars and not republicans? people enjoy their music, they right about how they feel and they have fans out there you should bloody play it! Although I remember reading about one of the girls saying "I'm ashamed of being from America!" or something like that, which is out of order, since "I'm ashamed of the american government" or "I'm ashamed that our president is from America!" since girlfriend it aint like it was made yesterday and its a dictatorship where its their way or the high way and thats what the country stands for, although thats what some of the country stations think it is Bloody media! so the other day their was a article on how Queen Latifa wants to adopt and the title it said something like "Queen Latifa wants to adopt, but says she doesn't want to do a Madonna" or something like that, when it didn't even mention Madonna, and the title implied that she was being a "hater" and "dissing" Madonna, which she wasn't! and now this article: www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk/entertainment/music-gigs/news/article2272542.eceThe article makes it sound like the artic monkeys purposly didn't go because it was being showed on *Gasp* tv! and had artists nominated that people knew and they even said as such, which they didn't, They always seemed liked the shy type that find it hard to deal with all the fame, not the indie snob type.

i thought when they were here slaging off bush they were saying gfthey were ashamed of the decision america had made , but those extremist types are always looking for someone to demonise and that was enough for them , sadly for the dc's (as us diehards call them ) the field theyre in is more likely to be full of those narrower of mind cats i bet theyre sending flowers to each other saying how they know how divisive the press can be they were at the oasis after show party yet snubbed the prestigious event noel said the perception of them is that theyre grumpy old men when theyre still teenagers it seems they are thougt of that way by those nme reading bozos like me

yeah sadly it is, its nice that they broke the stereotype of country singers and their politics, but its sad that the country music industry aren't accepting their different points of view, maybe in a couple of years/decades it'll be different. "hey Mardy Bumtic Monkeys, you know as well as I, that the press suck ear holes, I bet you all look good on the dancefloor queen LaLa The Tifa" "AYE UP QUEENEY! OW DO! THANKS FOR The daffies, from the lads up in't Arctic xxx" well they might have been busy doing a concert for their wonderfull fans! or were abroad and rushed to get there but when they arrived the brits ended, and Noel saw them and said "ohh mad for it! ave it! come to ours for a drink " and they said "ok love!, just stop winking!" and I thought the NME loved the arctic monkeys
