Travolta was during his wilderness years between 'Grease and Look Who's Talking' and was sporting a remarkable haircut .

Ah, back to top form.
"Nocturne" was great. I actually thought it was quite spooky. Syd with her hallucinations that her dad was going to kill her, Sloane was going to betray her and that Vaughn was going to betray her as well.
I liked when she kept seeing spiders and when she threw the mug of blood over herself but it was...only TEA!!!
I also liked the vampire club. It looked interesting. I'll be off to one of those, then.
When she first got attacked by the vampire guy it was suitably freaky, not too campy or anything. I actually was hoping she'd turn into a vampire.
Seeing her beat up Vaughn was good too.
I also liked the little flirty scenes with Weisz and Nadia, and that Marshall finally mentioned his wife again. Even though he and Syd are meant to be.

Also, Syd bit Vaughn! Shouldn't he be extra extra crazy now too?
Oh and her falling flat on her face when playing hockey was class.

Alias was great! "Detente" = good episode. I liked that Nadia and Sydney finally got some decent screen time together. They work well together.
There had to be a slo mo shot of them walking though didn't there?
Also liked that Sydney's agression towards Sloane was brought out again as I was beginning to think she's forgotten about all his past indiscretions. The ending was great where he said they were expecting her to transfer and she said "I'll see you tomorrow" before walking off to join Vaughn, Nadia and Weisz. Sloanes snaky smile was fabulous.
Also more Weisz! YES! I liked his and Vaughn's little chats were he kept gushing about Nadia and asked if it would be weird if they were dating sisters.

Yes, indeed.
I think Anna's accent is horrendous. Is she meant to be Spanish??
Anyway, I'm quite disappointed Sark escaped, I'd hoped he would join APO and become a reluctant ally...much like another blonde English bloke did in another show.
Syd's dressing up as Lauren was good. Vaughn was all "Ooh, I've got iss-ues" and then she bit Sark's lip just when he was enjoying himself. hehe. excellent.
Jack was proper dark in this ep. Risking Nadia's life. I saw him in Titanic yesterday and can now only think of him as a kindly idiot who constructed the ship and who had a truly terrible Irish accent.
Weisz/Nadia happenings - yes! Him and his magic tricks. I want him for my birthday party.

I thought she might be Russian , i can never keep up i'll always see Jack as the "Flamboyant" jewellery wearing piano playing tortured artist Liberace That biopic was a sensation I'm constantly rocked by that relationship, in the early parts of season 4 i was convinced that it was part of an evil Nadia plot , but shes got a heart of gold seemingly , good for Weizsy

Oh, so Weisz get's himself a girlfriend so it has to be an evil plot? That's mean. He's a lovely guy. Syd wanted him for a while, I reckon.

Sorry for being such a cynic , but it seemed deeply fishy , even he thought it was extremely lucky in the early days I'll have to check out the earlier seasons for traces of Syd's Weizs lust .

Nadia is cooool. When she swung around in that red car and shot all those people dead, it was like heaven. heh.
I also like the ep "The Orphan" which showed her past in grainy black and white shots. I didn't really give a toss about Nadia before so it's good to show more depth to her character. I knew she'd killed that bloke though, it was obvious.
Good ep.
"Tuesday" the Marshall ep was good too. It was co-written by Drew Goddard, of Buffy, so it was a little more witty then most Alias's I have to say. From the very beginning with Sydney's shaking her arse in Havana it was great.
Her getting buried alive was sad though, when the phone battery died out and said "Goodbye". Aww. What is it with everyone getting buried alive these days though?
Marshall saving her was apt. Then later on dressed in his leather jacket he was looking mighty fine. When he shot that guy by accident it did make me laugh. The eye gouging was great too.
And, hey, Kerry made an appearence.
The end with Vaughn and Syd dancing was nice, even if it should have been her true love Marshall.

I loved that car scene , Her flashback episode was great too , seeing how they chose to recruit people , whoevers the most elusive crook I loved the way him having to be the hero came about , her sad scared voice was heartbreaking . I do think she should have rewarded him more for his extraordinary efforts to save her it seemed to be brushed aside to easily , The eye gouging scene with them talking him through it was great .
