Yeah, I read that. I don't see him as Super anyway.
I know, but then they told him they didn't want the traditional suit or loads of other stuff so he didn't want to be involved.

he's a bit to dull , or not believably friendly ever . he tells tremendous stories about his time on the project on his 'evening with kevin smith' dvd

Yeah, he seems kind of mean. Oh, well, I'll be sure to buy that then. I can't see DB as Superman. I can see him as Lex thanks to Spuffy's manip though.

But apparently Welling has no desire to wear the Superman outfit.

The fact that Welling is Reeve approved should have been enough to land him the gig .
BJ has a tough task ahead of him .

Good god that's a long film. It just keeps going and going like a Duracell bunny. Ugh, being stuck in a cinema full of tiny children is HATE. Screaming, crying, talking loudly, needing a wee every ten minutes. Saying "BUM BUM!" when Kevin Spacey is onscreen...actually, I agreed with that one. I think Rosenbaum would have done a better job as Luthor but overall this film was top banana. It had it's slow moments but it was mostly well handled, Routh was good and Bosworth surprised me by being good too - Ross' comments really tainted my idea of her - and James Marsden is in every film EVER.

They should have screens where kids arent allowed Were there many Smallville thought inducing moments ? The old ones on now and im thinking how great Welling would be at the Superman bumbling awkwardness

The Kent farm is an exact replica of the Smallville one for realzzzz or so it seemed. And he was wearing Welling's beige jacket, white T-shirt and jeans!
Lois in this was actually likeable. It just lends to my belief that in Smallville it's Chloe who'll be Lois. Cos Durance's Lois is NOTHING like the Lois of the film(s).
The flying doesn't even look stupid. Now, that's a miracle.
