Nope. I didn't really like the Spacey moments, there were a couple of shocking moments and I laughed a couple of times and there were sad "OMGNOOOZ!" moments too.

In this one he wears a wig that I think was made from John Glovers hair when it got shaved off. His father's mentioned in this one too. Not a cliffhanger ending really but a big ol' storyline and lots of little threads to be tied up should there be another film.

It would be great to be John Glover and stand next to Rosenbaum while hes getting his head shaved and flick your hair around i cant imagine Rosenbaums Lex ever deciding a wig is the only way forward i wonder is Routh tied to a five film deal

I just returned (like Superman ) from having seen it , it was very likeable . It felt more like it was just laying the foundations for following films though , just establishing what he is and can and cant do . Routh did a great job , its great that they went for an unknown . Bosworth was good she has been tainted but can recover I thought Spacey would have benefitted from watching Rosenbaums version . I liked the mention of his dad mentioning his baldness

I liked the bit where he was saving the plane, although the build up dragged on for a bit long. And I was rather shocked (i.e. delighted) when Supes got proper beaten up by the henchmen and was it just me who saw the gang rape connotations of that scene? It was just me? Okay.

1 2 3 the advert with the plane scene in it really doesnt sell it enough , its a great moment , i like how showbiz he was doing it in a stadium and smuggl emerging to cheers its good to see hes not blase about is powers but loves them and the aclaim . i didnt see those connotations , it was great and sad watching him get battered i saw them as Lois was sliding away from the tattoo headed man though . i liked the hospital scenes, im surprised the big twisty type thing wasnt spoiled in all the reviews

A R G H , ME H E A R T E Y S Yeah, Superman is a bit of a praise whore, isn't he? I burst out laughing at the bit when Lois faints down the big slide. HA. I saw the rape connotations in the Lois scene too. I see rape everywhere. It's me curse. She got proper battered. Youchy. However, you men will never believe it could happen to you that's why you didn't see it in the Superman battering scene I liked the scene where Richard was holding up his (sort of) son and Lois and sinking into the ocean. So THAT'S what happened to cyclops. I found Lex to be too camp. I didn't know a damn thing about the twist either but I was kind of mad about it because Supes so did not supershag Lois.

It was good that she wasnt somehow immune to fainting after such an ordeal just because shes LOIS LANE thats probably true Male victims dont get too much sympathy if that holllyoaks ep is anything to go by I was thinking how Marsedens wife is probably in love with the best man from their wedding or his brother i was a bit bored of Lex's tedious crystals stuff he must have maybe back when they lived together in smallville , but his child had a much longer gestation period so she could hoodwink Marsden

Yeah, Lois ain't invulnerable! I rather liked it when she was pinned to the plane's ceiling above that man too, but that's just cos I like it freaky style.
That's what I was thinking of. Oh, Luke, you poor dear.
The Lex crystal stuff reminded me of Smallville's season 4. Also the bit in the beginning with the old lady thanking him for the "pleasure" he'd brought her freaaaaked me out.
I think Routhe played the geeky Clark very well but I was a bit surprised that Lois didn't seem to give an arse about it because I thought they were partners/friends.

i was sure thered be a fall onto him and a laugh moment . Darren said ho the attacker was ''the straightest person i know! '' even though he appeared to wear lipstick and rouge not rogue i loved the use of that word yeah it was sad for him that she so clearly only likes superpowers

A fall on his lap moment? I thought he was going to try and help her off the ceiling, obviously not. She could have said "Fancy seeing you here," as she plummeted to her death. I know, and coming from Darren that's not exactly a high compliment anyway. Did you see the normal Hollyoaks ep a while after when the evil Scott reenacted the whole thing and Luke was struggling to get away saying "Please don't!" and he was all "You're not my type darling," and then they left him on a jetty? Oh lord did you like the Glover wig? Lois has had Cyclops and Superman. Probably at the same time. Did you catch the "Gotham" mention?

yeah a quip from either was required . it was a really bleak plummetting scene , i imagine quite real , apart from Superman turning up and the spaceship on the roof i dont remember that , was scott the ex footballer ? it was as if made from Glovers hair i was hoping thered be a few comedy wigs when they showed his collection she must have been burned everywhere i didnt i was expecting an english newsreading scene though , was it that sort of thing ?

Yeah, but we don't want real we want quips! The Spaceship on the roof I thought had actually been done but I guess not. When he put down the plane in the stadium he just dropped it and didn't check to make sure all the players were out of the way.
Scott was he, aye.
Like a clown wig? Or a Cher wig?
The scorch burns mark her a Superhero courtesan.
It was during a news broadcast the dude was saying "Superman was in Beijing at 11, Texas at 11.02, Gotham at 11.03 blah blah Superman is back!"

yeah he didnt set it down very gently either . he had the Spikeish thing of the writers realising they liked him but couldnt justify keeping him on board so stopped trying and just no longer mentioned his past i thought maybe an afro or a mohican everyone exchanges knowing glances when they see them now theyve got both DC heroes back in hits the crossover is bound to happen one more film each then the crossover
